As an authorized Generac service dealer, we offer the following PowerBase™ Service Packages for Generac Air Cooled Generators:

PowerBase™ Diamond is our most complete service offering and the best way to protect the investment in your new generator. This program includes a 5, 7, or 10 year (parts and labor) extended warranty, wireless remote monitoring and scheduled maintenance. For a reasonable up-front fee and low monthly payments, we not only manage the real time status of your generator, but coordinate the dispatch of a Generac Authorized Service representative if we discover a problem, and provide up to two schedule maintenance visits a year.

PowerBase™ Platinum is an excellent way to protect the investment in your new generator. This program includes wireless remote monitoring and scheduled maintenance. For a very reasonable up-front fee and low monthly payments, we not only manage the real time status of your generator, but coordinate the dispatch of a Generac Authorized Service representative if we discover a problem, and provide up to two schedule maintenance visits a year.

PowerBase™ Gold provides an extended (parts and labor) warranty for 5, 7 or 10 years plus 5 years of scheduled maintenance. For a reasonable up-front fee and low monthly payments, we will provide up to two schedule maintenance visits a year.

PowerBase™ Silver is our value leader... and our most popular service program. For small up front fee and low monthly payments, this program includes up to two schedule maintenance visits a year.

PowerBase™ Bronze is our pay-as-you go program for scheduled maintenance services and does not qualify for the 25% discount.
