Become A Solar Sales Consultant

This can be a full or part-time position that involves direct sales. To qualify, you will need to demonstrate an aptitude for math; have basic computer skills; in-home sales skills; customer service skills; honesty and integrity; and the ability to work a sales territory.

Position Requirements:

• Prior in-home sales experience preferred, but not required

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Experience working in a quota driven sales position

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, use of internet applications, smartphone/tablet, and salesforce.com (helpful)

• Must have a valid NJ driver’s license; reliable transportation; and own a laptop, smart phone or a tablet

• Must successfully pass a pre-employment criminal and drug screen

Position Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified solar leads in your assigned territory

• Analyze customer's property and energy consumption

• Generate proposals and present our solar programs

• Complete online customer registration and credit check

• Close sales and secure eSignature on contracts

• Log activity for tracking and sales reporting

• Collect big fat commission checks!
